We offer fine Nubian, Oberhasli, and Experimental does, bucks, kids and wethers for sale, mainly from spring to early summer. 

Our goats are Purebred, American, or Grade. All senior does in milk are on monthly milk test. 
All goats are raised in prevention of CAE, CL, and Johne’s. All sires have had their DNA submitted to the ADGA database, and all Purebred Nubians are G6S normal. 

Sales Policies:

• We require a $100 deposit per reserved animal at confirmation of purchase with the balance due within 72 hours of confirmation.
• If payment is not received within that time the buyer will forfeit their deposit money and reservation.
• While all reasonable care is taken to ensure the health and safety of the kids, Goatroper Farms will not be responsible for sickness or death of a reserved animal after it is two weeks old and/or left the property, barring a necropsy showing a birth defect.
• Deposits will not be refunded on cancelled orders. We will honor all reservations for kids to the best of our ability. Deposits are not refunded based on buyers dislike of kid’s coat color or pattern in nubians. We will offer an equitable breeding replacement in the case of a black Oberhasli buckling.
• Reserved Kids must be picked up after three weeks and before five weeks of age. After five weeks of age a boarding fee will be charged of $5.00 per day to cover the added expenses. After 8 weeks the kid is considered forfeited and the payments toward the kid will be put towards boarding fees.
• There is a $25 fee for any replacement registration paperwork. All sales are final.

Please note that regardless of position on the reservation list, we reserve the right to not place a given kid in any home if it is our opinion or judgement that a particular kid is not suitable for a particular home or home situation. As wonderful as our buyers are, there are times that the farm is just not a good fit. We believe families choose us to purchase their goats from because of our experience and expertise. ​

Additionally, if information comes to light to change our opinion that a home is not suitable for a kid/goat at any point prior to the buyer taking possession, we reserve the right to refuse sale.

In either instance we will refund any fees paid, less tangible expenses (if any are incurred).

We prefer all kids and goats to be picked up at the farm, though other arrangements can be made. Airport runs by GRF for shipping kids by air are $60 due to the hour round trip required. Buyers wanting to fly their kids are also responsible for having an appropriate shipping crate delivered to the farm at least one week prior to ship date, and for reserving the flight (Flight Schedule must be approved by GRF first). Buyer is responsible for the cost of the flight, the crate, and the health certificate.
